Refund & Returns Policy

At Bloom Hub, we take pride in delivering fresh and beautiful flowers, fruits, plants, and gifts to brighten your day. We understand that there may be instances where you require a refund or wish to make a return. Below, we outline our policies and procedures to ensure a seamless process for such situations.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. We promise to rectify any issues promptly if they are a result of our error.

Mistakes During Ordering

We understand that mistakes can happen during the ordering process. If you’ve made an error such as adding an additional item by mistake or entering the incorrect delivery date, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We are more than happy to make necessary changes to your order before it is onboard with our delivery driver.

In some cases, we may identify potential errors and attempt to contact you for clarification. If we are unable to reach you and the order is already onboard with the delivery driver, we will assume the order is correct and proceed accordingly.

Cancelling Orders

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can provide a full refund if the following conditions are met:

  • Orders that have not yet been made at the store can be canceled without charge.
  • If your order is already made, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the order total will be applied to cover our expense cost of making.
  • Orders totaling over $100.00 (AUD) can be canceled without a fee if canceled by midnight (AEDT) the night before the specified delivery date. If canceled on the day of delivery, a 50% charge of the total order amount will apply, with the remaining 50% refunded to your account.

After Delivery

Due to the organic nature of most of our products, it is crucial to address any concerns regarding the quality or condition of the flowers within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us promptly if you have any concerns, and be prepared to provide a photo of the flowers to assist us in assessing the issue.

If the flowers sent are incorrect or of poor quality, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances. Bloom Hub will cover the cost of re-delivery.

Please note that if the flowers have not been cared for properly upon arrival, we cannot provide a refund. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report quality issues.

Delivery Charges

We offer free delivery within our designated delivery zone. Any item you purchase from us will include free delivery. In the event that a re-delivery is necessary due to incorrect details, you may incur an additional delivery fee based on the new delivery suburb cost, as indicated on our Brisbane delivery suburbs page. If a product is returned to the store because you were not at home, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the return and redelivery.

Change of Mind

We are happy to accommodate a change of mind and refund the difference in amount if applicable, as long as the order has not been made. Change of mind requests cannot be accepted once the our team has made ready your product to be picked up by driver.

Replacements & Returns

In cases where a replacement arrangement is issued, we may request the return of the original order to assess any issues. The return will be arranged at the same time as the replacement delivery, with Bloom Hub covering the associated delivery costs.

For situations not outlined above, such as returning an unwanted gift, the buyer will be responsible for the additional delivery fee based on the suburb of pickup.

If Bloom Hub determines that a refund is necessary, we may request the return of the item for inspection. In such cases, we will cover the pick-up and delivery fees associated with returning the item.

If you wish for us to collect an item that does not require return, you will be charged a delivery fee equivalent to the cost of delivery to the suburb where the item is being picked up from.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the order. For instance, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your credit card. If the order was placed via PayPal, the refund will be issued to your PayPal account. Please allow up to seven working days for the refund to appear in your account.
